For order that are very time sensitive (for a special occasion perhaps) or for orders placed during a postal dispute or strike we STRONGLY recommend that you take the slightly more expensive `Next day` option which will allow you to track and trace your parcel.
Delivery
U.K. standard delivery is £4.00, U.K. Next working day delivery is £8.00 on orders placed before 2pm.
We have recently introduced a courier service as an alternative to Royal Mail UK delivery. This service takes between 3-5 working days and the parcels must be signed for. This method costs £6.00. Please ring us on 01434 673961 to arrange this type of secure delivery for your order.
Standard Postage to Europe is £8.00. (all countries belonging to the European Union and Andorra, Gibraltar, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, Switzerland and The Vatican City). This is sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Standard Postage to The Rest Of The World is £12. This is sent by Royal Mail International Signed For.
Postage and packing costs are non refundable.
Tulip and Nettle are not responsible for any import duties which may be payable on receipt.
We aim to despatch items that we have in stock within 24 hours, (during our sales this may be longer). These normally arrive promptly but please allow 7 to 14 working days for UK deliveries. If you need an order for a specific date we advise you to book our next working day `sign for` service.
Exchange.
Wherever possible we are happy to exchange items but cannot always be sure of stock availability. Always obtain proof of postage when returning items for exchange and enclose a note of what you would like us to send you.
Returns.
If you wish to return an item for refund, please send it back to us [unworn and in a re-saleable condition] within 14 days, after this time a credit note will be issued.
Sale items must be returned within 7 days for a refund, after this time we will exchange items or issue a credit note.
Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for things lost in the post. We do not pay postage on return items unless goods are demonstrably faulty.
Special Orders.
Where possible we are happy to put styles into special fabrics (for bridesmaids and pages), if we can make it work with our production schedules. However we cannot exchange or refund garments made to order.
